The Decimal Product Game

A two-player strategy game with tenths: circle two decimals, mark their product, get four in a row.

About this worksheet

Players take turns circling two decimals on the strip (0.1 to 0.9) and marking their product on the board, such as 0.6 × 0.7 = 0.42. Each turn you may move only one circle, so you must plan ahead.

The board holds every product of two tenths, from 0.01 to 0.81, shuffled on every page. It makes multiplying decimals a game, and the product always has two decimal places. All you need is a pencil.
