Greatest common factor and least common multiple

Find the GCF, the LCM, or both for pairs of whole numbers.

About this worksheet

Each problem names a pair of numbers and asks for their greatest common factor (GCF), their least common multiple (LCM), or a mix of the two. Most pairs share a factor bigger than 1, and a few do not, so students meet the answer 1 as well.

The solved example lists the factors or the multiples so students can see where the answer comes from. For the LCM the numbers stop at 20, so the lists stay short.
