About integer operations worksheets

Every problem has at least one negative number, so students always have to think about the signs. Choose addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, add and subtract mixed, multiply and divide mixed, or all four. Negative numbers after the first are written in parentheses, as in 5 − (−3).

The largest number sets how big the numbers in the sums and differences get. For multiplication and division the factors stop at 12, so every product comes from a times table and every division comes out exactly. The solved example explains the sign rule. Every sheet has an answer key, and there is a large-print version.
