Missing number worksheets
Equations with one empty box, for addition, subtraction, multiplication, division or a mix.
Find the slope of a linear function from a table of values, and optionally the value of y when x is 0.
Each table follows a linear rule. Students pick two columns, divide the change in y by the change in x, and write the slope. You can choose tables where x goes up by the same amount each time, tables where it does not, or a mix, and you can ask for the starting value (y when x is 0) as well.
Every slope is a whole number. The solved example shows the change in y and the change in x for two columns, then divides. When the starting value is asked for, the example also shows how to work back to x = 0.
