About base-ten blocks worksheets

Each card shows a picture made of flats (hundreds), rods (tens) and small cubes (ones). Children either write the number the blocks show, or first write how many hundreds, tens and ones there are and then the number. Zeros are part of the practice: 3 flats and 4 cubes, with no rods, make 304.

Choose numbers up to 99 (rods and cubes) or up to 999 (flats as well), and whether zeros are allowed. The blocks are drawn at the same size on every card, so a flat always looks like ten rods side by side. Every sheet has a solved example and an answer key.

Printing
