Fraction pictures: bars and circles
Write the fraction shown on a bar or circle, or color in the fraction named, with denominators from 2 to 12.
Find three equal numbers in a row, written as fractions, decimals or percents, hidden in a grid.
Each hidden item is three numbers in a row that all name the same amount, for example 3/4, 0.75 and 75%. Rows run across or down. Students convert between forms to decide which neighbors match.
The grid hides exactly the sets the answer key lists. Choose fractions only (equivalent fractions) for a first pass, or the full mix of fractions, decimals and percents.
