Fraction pictures: bars and circles
Write the fraction shown on a bar or circle, or color in the fraction named, with denominators from 2 to 12.
Find a percent of a number, find what percent one number is of another, or find the whole from a percent.
Choose the question type: the part (25% of 80), the percent (15 is what percent of 60), or the whole (12 is 20% of what number). Percents can be the friendly ones (10, 20, 25, 50, 75), steps of 5, or any whole percent that gives a whole-number answer, with numbers up to 1,000.
The numbers are chosen so every answer is a whole number. The solved example turns the percent into a fraction in lowest terms, which works for every case.
